What Kpass+ is
The platform that connects your community with the people who run it
Kpass+ brings together in one place the services, the information and the everyday tasks, so that enjoying your community is an easier, faster, safer and closer experience. More than a tool, Kpass+ changes the way people and management talk to each other, get organized and go about their day: each member’s experience on their phone, the whole administration in the web portal, and the entrance handled from another phone at the gatehouse.
It connects people
Every member, their family and their management talk in the same place, with a single account that follows them into every community they belong to.
It simplifies everyday tasks
Booking, paying, inviting, reporting and checking are all settled from the phone, in seconds and at any hour, without depending on someone picking up.
It improves the experience
Your people stop chasing answers and your team stops repeating them: everything has its place, its owner and its date, and everyone sees the same thing.
The day-to-day of your community
Three moments that cost more today than they should
The entrance works from memory
Your neighbor arrives with a guest, the guard writes down the name and calls the unit while the line grows. Everybody does what they can, and by the end of the week the story of who came in lives in a notebook nobody finds easy to look up.
Community life gets settled on your phone
The party room is asked for by message, the announcement gets buried under memes, the roof leak is told differently by everyone, and the poll to the neighbors is counted by hand. It all lands in your personal WhatsApp, and you end up being the system.
The accounts are rebuilt every month
You issue the invoices one by one, receive screenshots and type them back in. By the time you know precisely who is current, the next month has started and your people have been asking the same thing for days.
How the relationship between your people and management changes

The platform
Four parts that talk to each other
Kpass+ is a hub for gated communities, clubs and companies: the gate, community life, each person’s identity and the accounts live in the same product, and what happens on one side shows up on the other. The day-to-day modules come with all three plans, and the price is worked out per unit.
Control who comes in
Your community leaves the notebook and the call to the unit behind. Whoever arrives brings their pass, the entrance validates it and the barrier raises on its own. You know who came in, at what time, and who authorized them.
Your resident authorizes their guest in thirty seconds and sends them their pass: on arrival, the entrance validates their ID document and applies the access rules your community defined, with date ranges, time windows per day and counted uses. And each member’s profile photo syncs on its own with the biometric units at the entrance, so whoever signs up today comes in today, and a cancelled membership cuts access the same second.
The facial recognition units at your entrance keep their own copy of who may come in, through which doors and during which hours, and they carry on validating and opening even if the connection drops. Every entry reaches your report when it comes back.
Deliveries with a pickup code, banned visitors carrying the name of who added them and who lifted it, and a report with members and guests on the same timeline, exportable to Excel.
Everything that gets argued in the group chat today has its place, its owner and its date. The house rules apply on their own, the request has a deadline, and the poll to the neighbors closes with a written record.
The rules of each amenity apply on their own: notice period, maximum duration, one active booking at a time, two days in a row blocked, adults only, and a price per block from 15 up to 480 minutes. And in tennis, padel and beach tennis your member picks between singles and doubles, with flexible one- or two-hour bookings.
The booking charges itself: the system reminds the member of the payment due and warns them in time, and when the deadline passes the court is released under the fair-use rules your community defined, so it goes to the next person who asks for it.
Every request comes in with a photo, is assigned to a team and has a deadline, and when it is closed the neighbor rates it. On top of that: announcements with read receipts, documents visible only to the unit they belong to, events with sign-up and capacity, polls that issue a PDF record, lost and found, and classifieds between neighbors.
One person, one account. With that same account they belong to your club and to their gated community, and to more than one unit inside the same community, and they switch between them from the app. Nobody else in the region models that.
Your member switches community without switching accounts, from a switcher in the app, and in each one sees their units, their balances and their bookings.
Children and older relatives with no email or phone get their own credential, which the primary member activates from their app without going through the office or the club front desk.
The card lives on the phone, expires on its own and blocks screenshots. And the member types you define switch on and off what each person sees in their app.
The card lives on your member’s phone, expires on its own and blocks screenshots.
Keep the accounts current
You set the rules once and the system issues, reminds and collects. Your resident opens the app, sees what they owe in their currency and what that is in local currency today, and pays. You see who paid without calling anyone.
Your resident checks their account statement in the currencies your community works with, at the rates you configure and with the applied rate always in plain sight. In Venezuela they pay from the phone with the code their bank sends them, through R4 Banco Microfinanciero, and the money lands reconciled.
Payment reminders reach each person’s phone when it is time to pay, and delinquency alerts reach management with name and unit, so your team knows who to call before the month closes. Shared expenses are split by ownership percentage, by square footage or in equal parts, with a preview before you apply and a full rollback of the run.
The board opens the dashboard and sees the operation up to date, and pulls whatever it needs on the spot: aging of balances, collections by month and income by category, in Excel. And if you manage several communities, you sign in once and run them all from the same user, each one with its own numbers kept apart.
Kpass+ is priced by the size of your community, unit by unit. The operational modules — bookings, requests, announcements, polls, lost and found, classifieds and documents — ship with all three plans from day one, and the plan you choose defines how far access control goes and whether you add digital collections management.

Plans
Kpass+ Conecta: three plans, one price per unit
The three Kpass+ Conecta plans share the same base: everyday access control and the operational modules that put community life in order — bookings, requests, announcements, polls, lost and found, classifieds and documents. What changes from one plan to the next is how far access control goes and whether your community adds digital collections management. The price is always calculated by the size of your community, unit by unit, and which plan fits you is something we settle by talking it through.
Essential
Digitize and put the community’s operation in order
For the community that wants to get the day-to-day out of the notebook and the WhatsApp group, working with the entrance it already has. It brings everyday access control and the full set of operational modules, switched on from the first week.
Ideal for the basic day-to-day operation
Advance
The most chosen
Full control and centralized management
For the community that lives off its gate: the club with guests every weekend, the master-planned community with several entrances, the tower that receives visitors at all hours. It adds advanced access control — finer rules per person, door and time slot — and gives management a single view of the whole operation.
Enterprise
Automate income, bring delinquency down and professionalize financial management
For the board and the management company that want collections issued, announced, collected and reconciled on their own. It includes everything in Advance and adds digital collections management, with direct payments and bank direct debit reconciled on the spot in Venezuela, thanks to our partnership with R4 Banco Microfinanciero.

The Enterprise plan also works with a variable license: a service charge on each payment processed, borne by whoever makes the payment and kept outside the community’s fee.
Kpass+ grows with what the communities already using it ask for. This is what is on the way: leave your interest and we write to you the moment it is switched on for your community.
On the way
Online payments in any country
We are integrating Stripe so your resident can pay by card from the app, wherever they live, and the money lands reconciled in the community’s account. The same experience Venezuela has today, for the rest of the region.
Every month we add new makes and models of barriers, gates, turnstiles and license plate readers. Send us the inventory of your entrance and we move it to the front of the queue.
We open country by country, with its own vocabulary, its own ID document and its own local banking partner. Tell us where your community is and we add it to the list we are putting together.
For the manager who closes the month across three spreadsheets, and for the board that wants to see the numbers without asking anyone for a favor.
Dues invoices with your tax ID and the numbering you define, issued for every unit, emailed out and published in each resident’s app.
Shared expenses split by ownership percentage or by square footage, with a preview before you apply and a full rollback if you got it wrong.
A resident behind on dues stops inviting guests and booking the party room until they are current, if the community approves that rule.
For clubs
For the general manager who still prints plastic cards, books courts over the phone and keeps a front desk that lives in firefighting mode.
The membership card lives on the member’s phone, expires on its own, and cannot be screenshotted and passed to someone else.
Children and older relatives get their own credential, which the primary member activates from their app without going through the front desk.
The member books the court, adds their guests or sends them a link, and every guest entry shows up in the club’s own access report.
For companies
For the headquarters, the office tower or the business park that runs its front desk today with a clipboard and a pen.
Every employee and every contractor comes in with their own credential, through the doors they are allowed and within the hours they are allowed.
Visitors are announced before they arrive, come in on a guest pass, and are logged with the time and with who received them.
Deliveries with a pickup code or an on-screen signature, bookable meeting rooms, and maintenance requests with a deadline and an owner.
How it works
From the first conversation to the first dues collected
Two weeks from the day you write to us to the day your community is collecting. No surprises and no fine print.
1Days 1-2
We look at what you already have
You send us the inventory of the hardware at your entrance over WhatsApp — make, model and version — and we confirm the integration plan in writing before anything is signed. We work with what you already have installed: no need to replace turnstiles or barriers.
2Days 3-7
We load your community
We bring in your units, your residents and your outstanding balances from the spreadsheet you already use. You see exactly what will be created and what will be updated before you confirm, and if something goes wrong the whole batch is undone. We set up your amenities, your member types and your billing rules.
3Week 2
You open it to your residents
Each person signs up with your community code, so you do not enter their details one by one. We train your gatehouse — it runs on a phone — and, in Venezuela, we switch on online payments with R4 Banco Microfinanciero.

Questions
What people want to know before they start
How much does it cost?
Pricing goes by the size of your community: how many units or how many members you have, calculated per unit and not per module. The everyday modules — bookings, requests, announcements, polls, documents — come with all three Kpass+ Conecta plans; what defines the plan is how far access control goes and whether your community adds digital collections management. Message us on WhatsApp and in the first exchange we tell you which plan fits you best, the number, and what onboarding includes. No call to book.
Do the gate and the barrier open?
Yes. The guest’s code or your resident’s license plate is validated at the entrance and the barrier raises on its own, with no guard making the call. It works with the hardware your community already has, and the integration is quick: send us the inventory of your entrance over WhatsApp and you are up and running in the first phase.
My people are not very tech savvy. Will they really use it?
They do use it, and that is the part we walk you through. Each person signs up with your community code from their own phone, and the three things they do most — see what they owe, invite and book — are one tap away from the very first screen. We train your team to teach the experience, not buttons: the idea is that your manager shows each member how to solve their own thing, and stops doing it for them. Whoever prefers to keep calling still can, and they come to the app at their own pace, starting with the account statement.
Everything I have is in a spreadsheet. Can I start from that?
You start from that very spreadsheet: units, residents, outstanding balances and expenses, with the columns in plain language. Before anything is written you see the preview — which rows get created, which get updated and which need a fix — and you confirm when you agree. If something came out crooked, you undo the whole batch in one click.
How long until my community is up and running?
Up and running in two weeks. Days 1 and 2 we review the hardware at your entrance. Days 3 to 7 we load your units, your amenities and your billing rules. In week 2 you open it to your residents, we train your gatehouse and, in Venezuela, we switch on online payments. The first dues run is collected that same month.
Can I poll the community and leave a written record?
You can, and the record stays. You open the poll, each unit votes from the phone, and it closes itself on the date you agreed. When it closes, out comes a PDF record with the results, ready to file or to attach to your annual meeting. You also publish announcements with read receipts, so you know who read them and when.
How safe is my community’s information?
Each community sees only what is theirs: their units, their accounts and their entries, kept apart from every other community. Every movement carries a name and a date — who issued the invoice, who applied the discount, who authorized the guest — so when the board asks, you have the answer at hand. And we keep daily backups of everything, so you never depend on one person’s phone.
Get in touch
Tell us how you collect and how people get in today
Message us on WhatsApp with two things: how many units or members you have, and what hurts most right now, collections or the gate. We will show you Kpass+ with your amenities, your member types and your billing setup, not with a sample community.
